Warranty conditions (Germany)

MK-dent provides the end customer with a guarantee for perfect function, freedom from defects in material or processing for a period of 24 months from the date of invoice. Furthermore, defects and their consequences, which have arisen or may have arisen as a result of natural wear and tear, improper maintenance or care, calcification or corrosion, contamination of the air and water supply, will be repaired within the guarantee period.
In the case of justified complaints, MK-dent provides a guarantee by means of free repairs or, if necessary, a replacement delivery. Other claims of any kind, in particular for damages, are excluded. In the event of default, gross negligence or intent, this only applies if there are no conflicting statutory provisions.
MK-dent is not liable for defects and their consequences that have arisen or may have arisen as a result of improper handling, non-observance of the operating or connection instructions, as well as chemical or electrical influences that are unusual or not according to MK-dent's operating instructions and other manufacturer's instructions are allowed.
Any liability is excluded if defects or their consequences are based on the fact that the customer or third parties not authorized by MK-dent make changes to the product.
Warranty claims can only be asserted if proof of sale in the form of a copy of the invoice or delivery note is presented with the product. This must clearly show the dealer, the date of purchase, the type and the serial number.
